EDUCATION is an exciting series of possibilities at Hyattstown Christian Church. We have discovered that our folks are deeply committed to many events and that we do best offering quality, short term educational adventures during the year rather than a traditional every Sunday type of School. Our pre-school through 5th grade children meet for a great call and fellowship every Sunday during the 9:00 A.M. worship celebration.
Our adults are continuing a special theological study that meets as a small but dynamic group on alternate Saturday mornings ( 10:00 A.M. until noon ) in the Fellowship Hall. Dr. Reister generally leads this group.
Each Monday evening at 7 PM, there is an adult bible study held at the church. There is also a bible study Wednesday mornings at 9:30. Call the church for details.
During the WEDNESDAYS OF LENT the Church holds a special series of fellowship and study. This is a great evening that begins with a good meal and is followed by brief devotions and a solid study. Sometimes this takes the form of studying in depth the scriptures that will be used in the Lenten Sermons.
